Subscription Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription. This policy explains how subscriptions work, how to manage or cancel them, and how refunds apply.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the product and the frequency you select at checkout.

  • Billing: Your payment details are stored securely and you’ll be charged for each scheduled delivery (unless you choose to pay in advance, if available).

  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions typically auto-renew and continue until you cancel.

  • Manage or cancel anytime: You can change, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management link in your order confirmation email, or through your customer portal (if available).

Subscriptions are managed through Seal Subscriptions.

Refunds and our 30-Day Guarantee

Refunds for subscription orders are handled according to our Refund Policy:

If a subscription order has already been processed/shipped, it may not be possible to stop that shipment—but you may still qualify for our 30-day satisfaction guarantee (subject to the terms in our Refund Policy).

Pre-orders (if offered)

If we offer pre-orders, you are purchasing an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product that is not yet in inventory.

We may collect full payment, partial payment, or no payment at checkout, store your payment method, and then fulfill and/or charge the full or remaining balance at a future date.

  • Canceling a pre-order: You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.

  • After fulfillment: If the order has been fulfilled, you may not be able to cancel it, but you can request a refund under our Refund Policy.

Try Before You Buy (not currently offered)

We do not currently offer “try before you buy.” If we add this option in the future, we will update this policy with the applicable terms.
